Buzzworks exists because small businesses get sold IT they can't verify. We run enterprise and regulated environments for a living — and bring the same discipline, evidence and tooling to businesses of 5–50 people.
The idea
Every MSP says "proactive support" and "peace of mind". We think you should never have to take that on faith. So everything we manage produces evidence — patch status, backup results, response times — and lands in a one-page monthly report written in plain English. If we're doing a good job, the report shows it. If we're not, the report shows that too.
Small and senior by design. Two engineers, no juniors, no ticket-shuffling. The person who scoped your environment is the person who answers when something breaks.
Enterprise standards, honestly scaled. We work daily in ISO 27001-certified and regulated environments. You don't need that bureaucracy — but you do benefit from the habits: documentation, monitoring, tested backups, access control.

Active Directory and identity, Windows Server and virtualisation, endpoint security, backup and disaster recovery, and ITIL-aligned service delivery. Senior managed-services engineering across multiple customer environments in regulated industries.
The company
