HOW IT WORKS
You'll know the scope, the fee and the first month's plan before you sign anything — and you keep the assessment findings whether you proceed or not.
We spend an hour with you — on-site in Johannesburg or remote — looking at how your IT actually runs: devices, backups, security basics, and where you stand against POPIA.
One page. Which tier fits, what's covered, what's explicitly not, and the fixed monthly fee. If a once-off project makes more sense first, we quote that instead.
The first month is about visibility and closing the dangerous gaps. We document what you have, deploy monitoring, and fix the things that can't wait.
Support runs in the background; the report proves it. Every month you get one page in plain English, and a standing call if you want to talk through it.
Common questions
Three months to start — onboarding is front-loaded work — then month-to-month with 30 days' notice. If we're not earning the fee, you shouldn't be paying it.
Not necessarily. We often work alongside an internal person or incumbent provider — taking the monitoring, security and compliance layer while they handle the hands-on daily work. If you do want a full takeover, we manage the transition.
Roughly 5–50 seats. Below that, the free assessment plus a once-off fix is usually more honest than a retainer. Above that, we'll tell you if you need something bigger than us.
Response times are agreed in your proposal by priority — a down server is not a printer query. They're measured, and the numbers appear in your monthly report.
Yes — POPIA implementations, Microsoft 365 migrations, automation builds and security clean-ups are all quoted fixed-price after the assessment. No retainer required.
On-site across Johannesburg; remote support nationwide. Most steady-state work is remote — that's what keeps the fees small-business-sized.
A 60-minute, no-obligation review of your IT and compliance posture, with a written summary you keep — whether you work with us or not.
